Refund policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. Due to the nature of many of our products, we can only guarantee an examination of your defective product within 14 days of you receiving it. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at contact@uxbauto.co.nz with details of the product and the defect. You will then receive instructions on where to send the product.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will thoroughly examine it and notify you by email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
The return courier cost is to be discussed once you have contacted us with details of the product and defect. In most cases we will cover the cost of the return courier, except in cases where we deem the claim to be rejected.
